The Clones I think were biologically programmed basically to want to be war heroes like a dumb obedient Jango Fett, as their development had Sith involvement though it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest that they were against their free will in sinister fashion. The Jedi weren't perfect by any means but they treated the clones probably better than a paid armed forces soldier and the clones were biologically engineered to protect the Jedi initially as far as I'm concerned so the Jedi didn't treat the clones bad in my view
Well, mayhaps, but then again, there were some clones who were against it, and even some Jedi to a point. For example, Slick in The Clone Wars. He was so against it to the point of sabotage that could have very well gotten a bunch of his brothers killed. And Etain Tur-Mukan believed the treatment of the Clones to be so bad that she ended up leaving the Jedi order over the blatant double-sidedness. I do see your point, though. Not really debating, just bring points into the topic.
