Usually if its a Darth its their sith name, like Darth Bane is not his actual name its Dessel. Sith change their names once they become a sith so the name below is their actual name while they are a Sith but you have to read their lore for their real names.
^ No when sith change into sith they are no longer the person who they used to be, thats why people call the death of vader, the death of Anakin, there are really no alter egos unless its a bounty hunter like when Kir kanos was a bounty hunter his name was hunter kilix kil, that was his alter ego but jedi and sith don't have one.
