Not in my experience. On the contrary, I've had genuinely great times in that game with no mods at all.

If we are talking about the 2017 version I have to say it is a very fun game

I enjoyed the story.

Iden Versio and Del Meeko was great lead characters while Gideon Hask was a neat antagonist

I did enjoyed the story taking place after the events of Return of the Jedi

I thought the gameplay was really fun both ground and space battles

Never seen someone say that about 2017 Battlefront II. But I agree, it's very fun.

Good but they add lots of overpowered characters in game

Hate what they started out as, but love what they turned into. Even so there's a ton that they could have improved on with it before pulling the plug. I hope they do better in the future, but if Battlefield 2042 is any indication of how any potential Battlefront games in the future will be, it's highly unlikely that it will be any different.
