I wonder what it would be like if Star Wars and Star Trek did a crossover.

I genuinely want to see a crossover between Star Wars and Star Fox. That obviously won't happen, but the lore for Star Fox is really good, and they've been worked into a crossover before. Speaking of which, Starlink: Battle for Atlas. A ton of interesting lore there too.
