1. Commander Ponds and Commander Neyo. Commander Neyo served under Windu for some time until he was turned over to Stass Allie for the final parts of the war.
2. Fox killed Fives, he coerced Anakin and Rex into hunting Ahsoka, and he wasn't careful enough with the Droids that caused a power outage on Coruscant, stopping any hopes of peace between the Republic and Separatists! Fox even threatened Anakin away from Ahsoka, saying he wouldn't let the Jedi 'interfere' (AKA prove Ahsoka is innocent) because it's a 'Republic Operation'!!!
