Extremely doubtful. Given the timeline, it's more likely Plagueis could appear, although I kind of doubt that too.

No, Revan was long dead by the time The Acolyte takes place and Plagueis would’ve been an infant by that time if he was even born at all.

Well it is suggested to be set during the High Republic Era so I don't know who is the villain during that era
