Well, at one point, Sir Alec Guinness was also 57 years old while Obi-Wan was born 57 BBY. So, I don't really see what's so special about Hayden turning 41 this year.
Or are you trying to say that he portrays Vader when the latter is 41 years old, too, so, at the time ANH takes place? That would be a funny coincidence, indeed. Was it hinted at that Hayden would portray Vader in his final duel with Obi-Wan on the Death Star? I thought there were just ruminations about Obi-Wan having visions of him in the upcoming show
