Black seems more intimidating than red. It’s like looking into the eyes of Death.

Red lenses make him look like a demon.

Those black lenses to me represent an endless void of nothingness. You can’t see his pupils at all which for me means there’s no life or light to be found in his eyes. It’s just too classic and symbolic for me not to vote for them.

Strange I thought even in the OG they had a Red tint (not as red as Rogue one but still a tint) but it was just the way the lights hit them and his helmet that they looked black

I like them both, but the black version just is the definitive Vader to me.

Black just sits right with me

I say black because it is classic
