At least TFA doesn't have any dialogue problems or cringey romance

That's a hard choice. Good job, @Princess Leia fan ! I personally like both of these movies pretty much the same amount.

On one hand, I love Anakin and Obi-Wan's arc in ATOC. The action scenes are all pretty entertaining and I like pretty much all of the scenes involving the Jedi Council and Palpatine.

On the other hand, TFA is probably a better movie than ATOC in terms of objective movie criteria. And it's probably more underrated than ATOC despite being a pretty enjoyable movie, too. Several new characters as well as some members of the old cast are introduced and reintroduced respectively. I also like Finn's development in this movie a lot.

So, all in all, although I like these movies basically equally, I'm going with TFA

I prefer AOTC because at least for me it felt like an entirely original movie unlike TFA.

At least AOTC told its own story.

I'm going with AOTC. I actually rewatched both movies recently and the movie was actually better than I remember sure there were some pretty bad lines and all but I actually really enjoyed it. I loved Anakin's and Obi Wans chemistry, the fights, the world building, and even more The force awakens on the other hand wasn't very entertaining to watch, the movie felt so unoriginal while watching characters got wasted like Kylo, so overall I'm going with Attack Of The Clones

AOTC, obviously.

It was something original and new to the franchise, not a copy with cheap comedy and poor characters. While it had its lows, it was still better than TFA in every way.

Episode II advances the story, not rehashing it.

I personally liked The Force Awakens

But I did like Attack of the Clones as well
