None of these are overrated, since all of them (say for maybe the throne room scene) are all liked equally for good reason

The Throne Room battle is the only one of these with poor choreography but I don't think its overrated as it gets flack for that... so I do not know the others certianly aren't.

The Throne Room scene isn't overrated, it's overhated. The correography wasn't bad and was quite impressive imo.

I disagree. Rey never holds any guard positions and the Praetorians have over telegraphed and most of the time useless attacks.

Rey and kylo ren had plot Armor lvl 100 in that scene

^I agree. I really thought it was cool, probably my favorite sequence of TLJ. Very overhated indeed.
