In Marvel's Darth Vader comics we see an issue where Darth Vader comes upon Eeth Koth as a priest for the Church of Ganthic Enlightenment. We inevitably see Koth's fall and his wife scrambling and running from Fifth Brother and two unknown inquisitors. Mira is found and stripped of her beloved infant child who is taken by the inquisitors.
It is unknown what happens to Mira and Eeth's child as the issue ends we never get an explanation if she was truly inducted into the Inquisitorious. Bear in mind that this is mere weeks if not a month or two after Order 66 so the possibility of her becoming an inquisitor is not off the table.
