There sadly isn't much Canon Mandalorian content outside of TCW, Rebels and The Mandalorian. (If you haven't seen them, I'd highly recommend giving them a watch). If you're interested in Mandalorian culture, most of the answers lie in Legends. I'm no expert in this area, so I'm afraid my usefulness has come to a close. Perhaps make a separate post specifically about recommendations for Mandalorian content? I'm sure one of our Wise Wookieepedia Masters will be able to answer your query better than I can 😄

Oh, I do know that there are some comics for Mando content, if you're interested in that. What comes to mind would be Jango Fett: Open Seasons. It focuses on some pretty interesting lore, IMO. Or at least from what I saw on the Wiki Page for it. ^u^
