Kybo Ren is better than Kylo Ren, so definitely Lord Vader.

Vader is quite literally the most iconic villain in not just the film industry, but in all of fiction. Vader is the man that modeled many great villains now, and you're comparing him to a teen who wants to be Vader, you can't even argue that Kylo is cooler because of his lightsaber, suit, or anything that he's done because Vader outshines him everywhere, especially in the suit.

For me, it's Darth Vader as well. While Kylo is an interesting character on his own, too, particularly from TLJ onwards, I personally find Vader more appealing.

For one, I find him a lot more intimidating. Honestly, Vader's whole appearance in the OT (his mechanical breathing, his voice, his suit) is just goosebumps-inducing. He is authoritative, ruthless, demanding, powerful. There's a reason why he's one of the most iconic villains in movie history (let's not forget the Imperial March that accompanies him, either).

I also like his story of his rise and fall a lot. While the acting and the dialogue of him as Anakin Skywalker weren't always perfect, his story is pretty tragic and it resonates with me a lot. I enjoyed all versions of Vader, actually. His PT-version, his OT-version, his Rogue One- and his Rebels-version.

That doesn't mean that I think Kylo isn't an interesting character, though. He's one of my favorite ST-antagonists. To be honest, I think it's pretty hard to compete with Vader in this regard, no matter who the contender is, that goes at least for me. Vader is one of my top favorite fictional characters in general, so, the answer was clear for me, lol
