Well she was kinda supposed to be oversexulaized, Krayt used her as a reward to give to people and a prize to reel people into joining his order this was done with cade who had a relationship with Talon. It actually fits her personality really well to be undressed because she is using her physical "gifts"as a way to lure in more week minded men weather that be for a easier kill or to join her/krayt ,and being underdressed also gives her more room to be more agile.

^That’s very true and it’s one of the reasons I like her character because she’s able to use her beauty as means to an end. Talon has amazing reflexes and Krayt using her to actually corrupt Cade was a brilliant move even if it was using her as his tool to corrupt him.
