I found some results… so on the site for Target it shows they are doing physical pre orders but I do not know if that is just for the location near me

On Amazon it says that not only it’s in pre-order on Kindle, but also in physical media, at least for me. What you can do is to wait for its release, and then buy it later. That’s what I usually do.
