I would vote Boba but then BoBF happened . . . and I haven't read too much of him in Legends yet. My favorite of these is Din then Sabine (or the other way around) but Jango is very underrated for people who've just watched the movies.

But I also like Sabine Wren's armor as well

I like Din Djarin, but I also think Bo-Katan Kryze should be on the list.

I find Jango overated. Sabine while a great character simply isn't a bounty hunter to me and Boba has sort of been butchered in BOBF so Din Djarin.
