5) The Jedi joined the Seperatists

6) Ben Solo not turning to the Dark Side

IMO, If Thrawn would rejoin the Empire they would probably win.

Well, if the Jedi joined the Separatists, they would definitely be consistent with promoting individual freedoms. Palpatine would have lost the war nearly instantly.

Of course, he knew they wouldn't, because the Jedi didn't want to give up their fancy temple and political prestige.

Bens fall to the dark side had the biggest consequences of these. A. e. Leia, Luke, Han and thousands others would have survived, Luke could have created a new jedi order. The war wouldn't have been that long probaly.
