Yeah, I was literally watching revenge of the sith again for the first time in a couple of years (i know, its a crime, i should be watching it every day) and i recognised every line from the memes...

Although there are also several meme templates from the OT and the ST, it's definitely the Prequels which produced the most memes.

And the movie which proved to be the source of the most (used) SW-memes is also the one with the most tragic storyline of all SW-movies (ROTS). You could say: Ironic
