I’m pretty sure you’re referring to the deleted scene in AOTC where Anakin was introduced to Padme’s family which was before they got married. Padme’s sister was definitely aware of Anakin’s feelings for Padme but I have yet to read anything that suggests her family knew of the marriage. They weren’t present at the wedding given how private the ceremony was.
