I feel as if slowing it down to .25 of the original speed majorly detracts from the emotion of the original piece. The overly extended notes leave the listener in anticipation for too long, resulting in a somewhat suspenseful and frustrated feeling that is formed, rather than the sorrowful one that the original piece evokes.

Yeah, slowed down all the notes felt long and drawn out. It was slightly boring tbh.

I agree with Cian. At this point, I’m just waiting for the next note to hit. It’s tedious, I dare say.
