Anyway, while I do not play the game anymore, I've seen some impressive Star Wars builds in it over the years. I once saw a replica of Vader's Castle on Mustafar. I think that would look quite amazing in the Nether, though dangerous to create! What about trying to make a little Ewok village? I did it once and loved it!

You could make a scaled-down version of a ship or a building. I would suggest designing your house in creative first then recreating it in survival.
