I don't use it for encouragement. I say it when i'm mad and imagine what it would be like if i was as powerful as a sith and could make people do what i want and make things the way i want them to be. Again, it's kinda psychotic but it's the truth

@Captainrex86 Right, I’m not saying that you used them for encouragement but I’m saying, generally, they aren’t so much words to calm one and more used for encouragement. They are empowering once said.

Oh boy, that Sith code doesn't sound half bad either... I guess for those who are not born with the Force both codes can work depending on what mood you happen to be in.

Precisely, and like many things in life it is moderation that is so important here! One Code can't always be correct, one answer doesn't suit all questions

I tend to be most inspired by a combination of both, honestly.

I love how the Jedi Code tries to motivate you to find the best aspects of every situation. Instead of looking for ways to be a better person, its nucleus is trying to allow people to locate the peaceful, meaningful parts of life, with harmony and knowledge. Most intriguing!

The Sith Code, however, is more bold and passionate. I find it to be far more motivational in that sense.

So, yes, both are great to me!

I don’t believe this is canon merely a fan creation I believe, but these are truely the balance of both codes in my opinion.

@Infantry31st - Eh, that reduces the whole concept of balance and the Force to be a bit generic in my opinion. But, still, that's nice.

I don't think there's really an official grey jedi code. People act like grey jedi are stupid, but there are very few of them, and the ones that existed either didn't deal with others or eventually fell.

Yeah Obi Wan Repeats that in BF2 when fighting, Its pretty cool.
