I enjoyed each game that featured these characters and I'm hoping to see Cal Kestis' story continue in a Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order sequel.

iden was fine until she joined the rebels. I love luke leia han and chewie. but the rebels were just as bad as the empire if not worse. it also really bothers me how iden is a villain in hvv but was with the rebels for most of the campaign

Hey Roger, I did want to express my mild disappointment in your haste to post not only both an Official Thread and a poll, but also that you risked a major spoiler for a post about an unsubstantiated rumor.

You’re a great news reporter and I’m very glad that someone like you is making the effort, but there’s a responsibility in true journalism to not get wrapped up in getting a story out just to have it out there.

Please keep up the good work, but consider the ethics of journalism and be bigger than the online clickbaiters. Also, next week maybe let someone else have the official posts, lol.

I really do apologize. Now, I feel a bit bad about doing it. I just wanted to make a place for people to discuss it. i did wait a little bit after the episode ended and saw that no one had made a post, so I wanted to make one in part to help people out, in part to prevent major spoilers from being revealed and in part because I was excited to discuss it. I do apologize.

Thank you for the compliment. I usually don't post a story unless I see it come from a reliable site and also when it seems to have basis in fact. I think that you're speaking of the miniseries post. I've seen multiple sites post about it, including Deadline, which is often reliable and I wanted to share the post with others as there has been a lot of talk about the character of said series and I wanted to help people see the news as to avoid potential arguments about the character in regards to their latest appearance.

It was not my intention at all to spoil anyone and I felt like linking to the spoiler thread and saying the it'll have major spoilers for said media would prevent anyone from being spoiled unless they were out to get spoiled. I didn't post the actual news within my post itself, but only in the discussion thread that I had linked to, which was clearly marked as being filled with major spoilers.

I will also say that I did debate myself, going back and forth on where and how to post the news and ended up trying to do so in a way that wouldn't spoil anyone, as the news itself wasn't a spoiler, but that the article was. After my post, I noticed that a moderator had edited something (nothing that I could notice) and I felt that I was okay to have posted it.

Again, I do apologize, but I wanted to express my reasoning behind my posts and my eagerness in this case to share such news. Usually, I wait quite a bit before posting any new if I can. It's easier to comment than to make a post and I don't need to be the first post, but I like to keep people informed of when things are rumors and not fact, so I tend to post more for that reason, to avoid people getting their hopes up on news and rumors.

Anyway, I never mean to upset anyone around here and I just wanted to clear that up. As a poster, I have a great deal of respect for you and the other moderators and I hope that I don't let anyone down in the future. I truly do apologize.

Heh, yeah coming to an old thread is a tactic we sometimes use to keep things from blowing up with a lot of people. Basically, I didn’t want to make it a big deal.

I can tell your intentions were good. I apologize myself if I came off as terse here. My 4:30am unfiltered thoughts sometimes make it to the forum. It’s a bad habit of my own. I’m also a fanatic for good journalism. It was my major way back in college and I’ve been an amateur reporter since my youth back when I would publish my elementary school’s newspaper on an actual typewriter, lol. The subject hits home with me.

As I said in AAM, don’t let it discourage you. You have my respect and I just wanted to urge you to finesse your reporting. Thanks, Roger.

That makes sense. Some people can get quite upset. I'll never get upset at you for trying to give me constructive criticism. In fact, I'm happy that you did. It's only going to make me better at posting and I'll never make it a bigger deal than it is, or get upset at being corrected. In fact, I have respect for people who try to help me out as you did.

You absolutely did not seem overly upset and you weren't even rude about what you said. All you did was help me be a better poster. You'll never see me get upset about criticism or in your helping me, as long as you're nice and polite about it, which you always have been to me.

Yeah, I did see your post. I probably should've just posted there only and not here. Haha. I'm not discouraged. I'm encouraged to do better. I respect you, as well and just wanted to share my thoughts. You were very nice about it and that's what matters to me. If I do something wrong, I will never be upset about being told the right way to do things, or to be corrected, as long as it's nice and you were.

Totally understandable. I'm a Founder and Administrator on a few Wikis and I've seen people get upset quite a bit myself, so I always try to just be kind to moderators, as I totally get how rough it can be. I agree, a good chat. Thank you.
