Spoilers for today's and last week's episodes of Star Wars Resistance's second season follow.

I don't recall anyone having posted already about "Kaz's Curse," and I only caught up with the episodes today, so I'll talk here about it. If anyone did write a review for that episode, feel free to reply with a link to your discussion.
I felt that the story itself was just fine, but really well structured. Often in these episodes, the conflict doesn't come to a prominent position until near the end of the episode, and then it's resolved too quickly.
By the first commercial break, however, Kaz is already up in the main conflict of the episode. Also, the dialogue of these episodes gets better and better (not just because I recently watched all the prequels). Even Neeku's intentional awkwardness flows well.
I loved how Leoz "curses" Kaz: he licks his own hand and puts it on Kaz's face. That's exactly like the gag of saying "I can use the Force to push you away!", licking your own hand, and scaring away another person with it.
Mika Grey was cool to see in the episode—not only her interactions with Kaz, but with Bolza Grool, who asked if he would survive the war. It's a dark but important reminder that these people are scared out of their minds.
The second I saw Kaz get the talisman, I knew he would lose it and then overcome his weakness. I've seen it in other stories.
The Guavian Death Gang was really cool to see, and that's about it.

Now, "Station to Station" was a real step up. It reminded us that Tam is a major character, and also has great pacing without excessive setup.
I may be the only one who noticed, but this was the first episode that we saw a Special Forces TIE fighter in the show; Tam and Rucklin fly one together to escort a shuttle to the Titan. It's pretty obvious how low the budget is, but the producers were still able to go the extra mile and give the two characters a way to keep together and interact.
Another cool thing I saw was Lieutenant Galek's nice painted helmet. She's Special Forces and serves as a flight instructor, so the design is a little different.
Hux was good to see. His dialogue is very extravagant and superficial (ironic that he scolds Pyre for excuses), and it reminded me of his opening speech to the Resistance in the beginning of The Last Jedi. He even gets interrupted in a rant by Kaz and Neeku's sabotage of the Titan, along the lines of "we will annihilate the—what is the meaning of this?!"
Kaz mirrors Cassian Andor in his escape, "searching" for his ID before stunning two troopers with his blaster. I did not see it coming, and it satisfied me to see Kaz really taking a stand.
He and Neeku are unknowingly freed by Tam. I hope her character gets more episodes forcing her to act towards a side.
Star Wars Explained wrote a review for this as well.
Overall, I had fun watching these two episodes. Anyone else have additional thoughts?
