I don't believe there are any sources confirming the Resurgents for episode 9, but it's naturally assumed that they will show up despite not being seen in the poster or trailer.
They are the primary ship of the First Order, so it may be odd not to see them at all. Not mention they are one of the more iconic ships in the sequel trilogy.
I just found that in this marketing poster that was leaked months ago, you can actually see Resurgent Destroyers in the bottom corners. They will show up.

You can also see one in the most recent trailer for TROS. You can see it in fact does have a Resurgent command bridge (The one bottom left of the image).

The ship is highlighted in red, whilst the bridge is circled in green.
The command bridge is totally different to the standard older Imperial class.
To compare, here’s another picture of the Resurgent with the same bridge shape as the picture above.
Circled in green here you can see the same shield generator, and the top of the ship is completely flat unlike the Imperial class.
