I would say Mary, however she let Sheldon get away with a lot of stuff and he kind of became self-absorbed. (I’m saying this all with knowing of the possible autism, but I’m not saying people with the tism are self-absorbed)

Everyone who watched Young Sheldon should know that Mary was a terrible mom to Missy and Georgie, and always was selfish.
