This template is a combination of {{SL}} and of {{LA}}. So this template makes the link color #AAAAFF, and makes the text an anchor.
Instead of typing {{SL|Soft Kitty|{{A|Soft Kitty}}}} you only have to type {{SLA|Soft Kitty}}. Instead of having to type [[Pilot|{{A|Pilot}}]] you only have to type in {{SLA|Pilot|Pilot}}. If for whatever reason you need to use a link, a different anchor and a different pipe, there is a third parameter if needed.
The S stands for special, the L for link, and the A for anchor, like used in {{A}}.
