Young Sheldon

The Big Bang Theory

  • 1991: Sheldon started college at age 11
  • 1992: Sheldon received a motorized dirt bike instead of a titanium centrifuge. He was flown to a hospital to be treated for radical burns following a mishap when he built a CAT scanner (which also resulted in the death of his sister's guinea pig, Snowball).
  • 1992: Sheldon took enginnering class with Professor Boucher; then his hatred of enginnering started.
  • 1992: At age 12, Sheldon did a series of experiments involving the height of stairs and increased the heights of stairs by 2 millimeters and as a result, his father tripped and broke his clavicle.
  • 1992-1993: Missy gets her dad George Cooper Sr. a "World's Greatest Dad" coffee mug.
  • 1993: Sheldon attempted to build a nuclear reactor to provide free electricity for his town, but it failed after a government agent informed him that it was illegal to store uranium cake in a shed; he then had a big tantrum as a result.
  • 1993: At age 13, Sheldon went home from college since they ran out of math to teach him. When he got home, he heard sounds coming from his parent's room, he opens the door and sees a blonde woman (which turns out to be Mary roleplaying) having sex with George. This is the reason why Sheldon knocks on the door 3 times.
  • 1993: Sheldon and his father watched the 1993 Thanksgiving Game in Dallas, and his father got so angry with the results that he shot the television.
  • 1994: Sheldon graduates from college at age 14.
  • 1994: Sheldon's father George Cooper Sr. died.
  • 1995: Sheldon attended Comic-Con to met Wil Wheaton; when Wil didn't show up, this fueled Sheldon's longtime hatred for him.
  • 1996: Sheldon received his doctorate.
  • 1997-1998: Penny rebuilt a tractor engine all by herself at age 12.
